Health and Wellness are two terms that are often interchanged. Health is defined as a state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being, and wellness as the state of living a healthy lifestyle. Wellness has many dimensions – mind, body, food, rest, water, sun, air, relationships, spirituality, and purpose. The Club embodies all these dimensions within our Club lifestyle, and for mind and body we have a suite of offerings - our state-of-the-art TechnoGym, our multi-use Activity Room, and our Seasons Spa.

TECHNOGYM – Our fitness room/gym features a variety of uniquely designed and engineered equipment by TechnoGym, the industry’s gold standard. We have selected the best pieces from their cardio, strength training, and skill and flexibility lines to optimize your workout. Our gym also has 8 pieces of equipment certified and designed for individuals with disabilities.

ACTIVITY ROOM – Our Activity room is multi-use, perfect for yoga, group classes, personal workouts, or meditation. This room features a floating bamboo floor and floor-to-ceiling mirrors, and is well stocked with mats, exercise balls and light weights.

SEASONS SPA – Our Spa features two treatment rooms: skin care and massage therapy. For skin care, we are featuring the very new, Hydrafacial system. Hydrafacial is a non-invasive treatment that improves skin health, addresses individual concerns, and creates a glow like no other. Unlike traditional facials, it’s performed via device rather than by hand, for deeper penetration and longer lasting results. For massage, we offer several treatments, including Swedish, Deep Tissue and Hot Stone.

The health & wellness area is located on the lower level of the Clubhouse. It also includes male and female locker rooms with daily lockers, private shower stalls, blow dryers and select toiletries. The women’s locker also has a private changing room that can also be used by nursing mothers.

Full Access to Health & Wellness features is for PLATINUM, GOLD and SILVER ALL-IN members, with select access to MINI plan members.
