Dining at the Club

The sharing of food has brought people together since the beginning of time. It's how we make friends, nurture relationships, celebrate milestones, and feel gratitude for life! Food is generally the focal point of any social gathering; be it a romantic dinner for two, or a special occasion for fifty. Food is also an integral part of wellness and when prepared properly by our talented culinary team, using only the finest ingredients and cuts, it’s the perfect fuel to support a busy, healthy lifestyle!

The Club features modern American cuisine and offers seasonal menus ranging from fine dining to casual comfort food. The kitchen also offers gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan menus, and will cater to any members’ food allergies or dietary requests. The Club also offers traditional poolside and kids grille items and desserts.

Great food should be served in great environments. Stillwater is the fine dining restaurant and the centerpiece of the dining experiences. The Stillwater Grille offers seasonal, outdoor dining on the adjacent pool deck. The Stillwater Lounge is the “Club” lounge. In the summer months, escape to the Stillwater Patio where members can find a quiet place to relax in the sun. Casual attire in both.

Member Parties at the Club

All members have access to the Club for their private parties and special occasions. When planning, think of the Club as your personal assistant! The Club will handle all details including food & beverage, décor and entertainment, allowing you to focus on your event and guests! For members there is never a charge for the room or our white glove service. The Club offers a variety of menus and dining options from plated, to buffet, to stand-up cocktail.

Access to Dining is to ALL-IN and MINI plan members.
