What’s Cooking?

Featuring modern American cuisine, the Club will offer a variety of seasonal menus ranging from ala carte, fine-dining to casual, tapas-style small plates. The Club will also offer traditional pool-side and kids grille menus. In addition, the creative kitchen staff will present a fresh take on traditional buffets for special events and private parties. The kitchen will offer gluten-free items and will cater to any members’ food allergies or dietary requests.

For drink, mixologists will be preparing a number of seasonal cocktail specials as well as traditional favorites. In addition, the Club will offer a variety of bottled beers and seasonal, draft craft beers from breweries throughout the State. The trained sommeliers will be offering unique wine selections and pairings as well as presenting wines by the case for member purchase. The Club’s license allows it to sell alcohol to members for off premise use so the Club will be offering a special selection of wines and spirits to members at special, discounted prices. The Club will also be offering a Wine Club where members can store their own wine on premise with no corkage fees when used. Members of the Wine Club will also be invited to private wine tastings and will receive additional discounts on wine purchases.

Great food should be served in great environments. Stillwater is the fine dining restaurant and the centerpiece of the dining experiences. Open for dinner only, Stillwater will offer an ala carte menu. The decor in Stillwater is breathtaking… beautiful wallpaper, deep blue ceiling, bamboo strand tiger wood floor and tasteful lighting. The private dining area has a custom art wall, “Dune”, made here in the United States by Modular Arts. This 3D art wall is lit with color changing lights adding a rich look to the space. Sound absorbing art on the wall will promote the lost art of conversation while dining. The white leather dining chairs and bar stools were custom made in Spain. The Dekton bar top, also from Spain, perfectly compliments the glass mosaic back-bar tile that was hand made by artist Alison Eden in her Brooklyn studio. Her studio has caught the attention of clients Elton John and Kris Kardashian. Stillwater is the perfect environment to sit, relax, and enjoy a cocktail or a glass of wine with a fine meal! Resort casual attire required.

The Stillwater Grille will offer seasonal, outdoor dining on the adjacent pool deck. Open for lunch and afternoon dining, the Grille offers a casual grille menu under shaded cover where members can eat in swim or casual attire.

The Stillwater Lounge is the “club” lounge. This room has an eclectic mix of couches, swivel chairs, and group tables all designed for mingling and conversation. Here, members can meet friends or just kick back with a drink and enjoy a small plate. And, if that special game or program is on, a 75” TV will allow for comfortable viewing from anywhere in the room. Innovative pop art wood panels from San Francisco artist, Rex Ray, beautifully compliments the rich blue tones of this room.

In the summer months, escape to the Stillwater Patio where members can find a quiet place to relax in the sun while sharing a small plate and wine with a friend. Casual attire in both.

The Rainbow Room is the ballroom located on the upper level. This one-of-a-kind space features another custom art wall by Modular Arts, called “Big Dot”. This 60 ft long color changing wall evokes the look of champagne bubbles rising in a glass! The ceiling features three, recessed circular soffits with color changing lights that play-off the outdoor Oculus. The Rainbow Room will be used for Club special events and is also available to members for private parties. The space comfortably holds 150 for receptions and will comfortably seat 100 banquet style. The room can be configured for theater or conference seating for business-related meetings or events. This room also houses an 85” TV for entertainment or presentation use.

Adjacent to the Rainbow Room is the Rooftop Deck. With sweeping views of the pools and property, and always a breeze, this space will surely be the place to relax after a long hard day. This seasonal deck can seat up to 100 members at a mix of resort-style couches, chairs and dining tables from the Tommy Bahama Tres Chick Teak collection.

In addition to the six dining areas, the Club will also use the North Field for special outdoor dining events and this field will also be available to members for larger, tented events. The North Field is also where the Club’s herb and vegetable garden will grow. The culinary team will prepare special plates and sides grown right on property.

So what’s cooking?… plenty!
